How can we find the balance of striving for excellence, while keeping well-being a priority throughout any given project? A lot of the time, we may find we are super productive, hitting all the targets, but are unable to sustain this, and end up feeling burnt out. Whilst in other times, we worry we might not have the skills and stamina it takes to reach our goals and give up before we’ve even begun. How can we find that optimal balance? Find a way to be a high performer, but still have energy to live the life we want to outside of work.
In Happy High Performance, the approach is to equip you with the relevant skills needed to sustain a happy and healthy life, in a career that fulfils you. Firstly, we must learn about motivation; what builds it, and what diminishes it. Crucially, we learn skills in how to assess our motivational state and problem-solve in challenging moments. Secondly, we look at potential blockers to a productive workflow, such as perfectionism. Evidence-based strategies are practiced so that you can not only recognise these blockers but also free yourself from their constant grip. Finally, we look at the components of well-being, and develop a personal plan to boost yours when you need it most.

Challenges before coaching:
